Vivo has announced that the X200 series will launch on October 14 in China, featuring MediaTek’s new Dimensity 9400 chipset, the first 3nm chip built on TSMC’s process. MediaTek will officially unveil the chip on October 9.
The Dimensity 9400, featuring the Arm Cortex-X925 CPU and Mali-G925-Immortalis MC12 GPU, offers a 36% performance boost and a 41% AI improvement over its predecessor, outpacing the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 by 41%. The X200 Pro Satellite Edition scored over 3 million on AnTuTu.
The series includes three models—X200, X200 Pro, and X200 Pro Mini—all equipped with powerful camera setups. The X200 Pro highlights a 200MP periscope lens, while the other models feature Sony’s LYT818 main sensors and a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide lens.
