Huawei Technologies Pakistan and the National Institute of Banking and Finance (NIBAF) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to enhance capabilities within the banking sector.
This agreement establishes a strategic partnership aimed at digitally empowering employees of the State Bank and its affiliates in Pakistan. The collaboration marks a significant step towards the digitalization of the banking industry, improving overall capabilities and paving the way for a more connected and intelligent banking infrastructure.
Riaz Nazarali Chunara, CEO of NIBAF, and Ahmed Bilal Masud, Deputy CEO of Huawei Technologies Pakistan, signed the MoU with representatives from both organizations present.
Chunara expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, emphasizing its importance for future technological advancements. Masud echoed this sentiment, highlighting the partnership’s potential to achieve mutual goals through targeted training in areas like Datacom, Cloud, Big Data, Cyber Security, and Artificial Intelligence.
